  • Yes! We offer appointments at both locations, as well as our Bloom Women’s Health Center!

  • The Good Shepherd Community Clinic offers a Sliding Scale Discount Program. Program eligibility is based on documented family income and family size.

  • Through a web program called Athena, you can view test results, communicate with your physician, schedule appointments, view your statement, make a payment, and much more. All available to you online, anytime it is convenient for you.  

    If you have already signed-up, click HERE to access your patient portal.

    To sign-up, follow these easy steps: 1) Ask a Patient Access Representative to send a link to your email or smart device. 2) Click the link and follow the instructions. 3) Once you are logged in, your electronic health record (EHR) is available for you to view.3) Once you are logged in, your electronic health record (EHR) is available for you to view. 

    If you experience problems creating your online portal, please call 580-223-3411, and ask to speak to a Patient Experience Team Member.

  • We often have same-day appointments available, call your clinic to make an appointment.

  • We do not fill any outside prescriptions. If you have a written prescription from an outside provider that you need filled at our pharmacy, you must make an appointment with your PCP (Primary Care Provider) at the Good Shepherd.

  • You should call in your refill at least three business days before you are out of your prescription.
