Meet Heidi Wright, PharmD
Heidi was born in Ardmore, OK in 1981, but grew up in Davis, OK her whole life. She is a 1999 Davis High School graduate. She went on to Oklahoma State University for her undergraduate coursework. In 2002, she was accepted to the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy and completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2006. She then moved back to Davis where she worked for her uncle, Randy Moore, at City Drug for the next three years. On January 1, 2010, she purchased City Drug and ran it successfully for the next 11 ½ years before selling her business in August 2021. During that time she served on the OU College of Pharmacy Alumni Association, serving as President during 2013-2014. She is also a preceptor/adjunct faculty through the OU College of Pharmacy where she has mentored and taught several students in her independent retail pharmacy setting.
She and her husband, Jason, and their two boys have made their home in Davis. They are members of Midway Hill Baptist Church where Heidi teaches a children’s Sunday School class. In her spare time, she loves to watch her boys play baseball, football and show livestock.
