Meet Dr. Thomas McCulloh, DO

Dr. Thomas W. McCulloh, an Ardmore Oklahoma native, graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 1972 and earned his medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1977. He completed his Internship at Garden City Hospital in Garden City, Michigan and completed his residency in 1983 at Wayne State University in Michigan. Dr. McCulloh founded the Good Shepherd Community Clinic in 1996 which has grown from a small volunteer clinic treating just 85 patients to a full time innovative medical facility caring for more than 9,000. He is the Director of Skilled and Long term care units at Elmbrook and Southbrook Nursing facilities, Rehab Physician of Mercy Rehabilitation Center since 2010 as well as Adjunct Clinical Professor of Family Medicine Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic medicine. He is Board Certified in Family Practice with added qualifications in Geriatric Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and was awarded Doctor of the Year in 2008 by the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association.

Dr. McCulloh believes in the importance of working as a team with patients and families to provide the best health care possible. In his spare time, he enjoys doing home improvements and spending time with his family and dog Millie.
