About Our Medical Program

Our medical team is committed to the GSCCs vision to "build healthy people." 

Our proactive focus and integrated approach to caring for the whole person allows the GSCC to provide quality and affordable healthcare to thousands of patients each year who might otherwise do without. 

The GSCC is now a Community Health Center and provides access to affordable healthcare service to patients of all ages and without regard for socio-economic or insurance status.

Our comprehensive wellness initiative allows patients to benefit from services such as nutrition and disease education, chronic disease management, health risk assessments, case management and assistance with accessing and navigating various other social services.

The GSCC is now proudly serving the healthcare needs of children at our primary care locations and expectant mothers at our Bloom Women’s Health Center!
